Custom software partner for UK MSPs More profit from your clients. No extra work.

When a client needs software you don't build, such as a bespoke tool, systems that talk to each other or live reports, introduce them to us. We build it, you earn 15% of the build fee, and you keep the client.

Register interest as a partner

No cost to join. No exclusivity. You're paid when the client pays.

How everyone comes out ahead

For you

15% of every build you introduce, plus 10% of the client's care plan fees for the first 12 months. And a client who stays longer, because you've sorted more of their problems.

For your client

One joined-up service. You look after their IT, we build software around how they already work, and the two fit together. They own what we build.

For us

The build. We're a small software studio, and an introduction from the IT partner a client already trusts is the best start a project can have.

How it fits together

You introduce the client. We agree a fixed price with them and build it, with you named as IT partner. You keep billing your own work, at your rates.

Rather not take a referral fee?

That's fine. We'll donate your share to a charity of your choice, or to our recommended charity, the Village Projects Foundation, a UK registered charity (no. 1202332) supporting education in Ghana and Kenya. We work closely with them and have donated to their projects before.

What your clients ask for that you don't build

You hear these on support calls and at quarterly reviews. Now there's someone to hand them to.

"Can these two systems talk to each other?"

Jobs, quotes and invoices typed into two or three places. We connect the job system, the accounts package and the spreadsheets so the data is entered once.

"Is there a tool that does it our way?"

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit how they price, schedule or report, we build a tool around how they already work.

"We spend a day a week on admin."

Chasing, copying, generating documents, rebuilding the same spreadsheet. We automate the repeat work.

"Why does month-end take a week?"

Live dashboards from the systems they already use, instead of a report someone assembles by hand.

One example

For a UK specialist supplier, we replaced a one-person quoting spreadsheet with a tool the whole team uses. A quote went from about 1–2 hours to about 5 minutes.

Who does what

Each side does the work it's already good at. You run the IT. We write the code.

You, the MSP

  • ✓The client relationship and your managed-services contract
  • ✓Microsoft 365, licences, identity and access
  • ✓Rollout to staff and first-line support
  • ✓Any setup work of your own, billed at your rates

Us, Streamlined Analytics

  • ✓The custom software, integration or automation
  • ✓Hosting it and looking after it
  • ✓Second-line support for what we built, in business hours
  • ✓Our own fixed-price build contract with the client

The client

  • ✓Owns the code and the data
  • ✓Tells us what it needs, and signs off the build
  • ✓Keeps you as its IT provider

How a joint project runs

  1. 1

    You introduce the client

Forward one email, or bring us into a short call with them. You're on the call.

  2. 2

We scope one piece of work

The problem worth solving first, and a fixed price for it, agreed before anything starts. You're named as IT partner.

  3. 3

    We build it

With only the access the job needs, granted by you and the client. We never ask for admin rights to the tenant.

  4. 4

    It goes live

You support the client as you do now. We look after what we built. The client owns it.

Access, the short version for your engineers

  • ✓We never ask for Global Admin. You hold the tenant.
  • ✓Least privilege: only the access each piece of work needs.
  • ✓Read-only first wherever it touches a live system.
  • ✓Access is logged, and you can revoke it at any time.

Including AI

When a client asks whether Copilot or ChatGPT can see their jobs, their quotes or their accounts, the answer is often no. For the systems with no ready-made connector, we build one: read-only by default, signed in through each user's own account, and logged.

For your Microsoft 365 clients we build for Copilot first. Once Copilot can answer questions about the business, staff have a reason to keep using it, which makes the seat renewal an easier conversation.

We'll also give you a copy of our guide, Connect ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to your business systems, safely, with your name on it, to hand to clients.

No ready-made connector in Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude

  • Sage Accounting and Sage 50
  • FreeAgent
  • Simpro
  • Tradify
  • Commusoft
  • Procore
  • Shared spreadsheets
  • In-house databases

Checked against each assistant's own connector catalogue on 3 October 2026. This changes month to month.

The boundaries, in full

These go into a short partner agreement. We'd lose every partner the first time we broke one.

  1. 1We don't offer managed IT, helpdesk, cyber security, Microsoft 365 or Copilot licensing, backup or hardware to anyone, and we won't recommend another IT provider to a client you introduce.
  2. 2If we ever started offering IT services, we'd still not offer them to any client we work with through you for 3 years from their introduction: a written non-compete.
  3. 3You're named as IT partner on every proposal and statement of work for that client.
  4. 4Later projects with that client earn you the same 15% for 24 months from the first introduction, while you're still their IT provider.
  5. 5You're paid within 14 days of the client paying us, to your company against an invoice. Never to individual staff unless you agree in writing.
  6. 6If the client moves IT provider on its own, we tell you, and we keep supporting what we built for them.
  7. 7No hiring each other's staff for 12 months.
  8. 8No exclusivity either way. Either side can end it on 30 days' notice, and fees already earned are still paid.

We recommend telling the client. Our proposal says you introduced them and receive a fee from us. It isn't required, but it costs nothing and protects you if they ask later.

A good fit if

  • ✓You're a UK MSP looking after small and mid-sized businesses
  • ✓Your clients have roughly 10 to 150 staff
  • ✓They ask you for integrations, tools or reports you don't build
  • ✓You don't have developers on staff

Probably not a fit if

  • –You already have developers or a Power Platform team. You don't need us.
  • –You want exclusivity or a territory.
  • –You want to white-label it from day one.
  • –Most of your clients are sole traders or micro businesses.

Questions MSPs ask

Won't you end up competing with us for the client? +

No. We don't offer IT support, licences, security, backup or helpdesk, to anyone. If that ever changed, the partner agreement includes a 3-year non-compete for every client we work with through you, and you stay named as IT partner on everything we send the client. If a client asks us for IT work, we send them back to you.

What kind of work do you build? +

Custom software for small and mid-sized businesses: quoting and pricing tools, integrations between the systems they already use, admin automation, document generation, live reporting, and connectors that let AI assistants work from the client's own data. If an off-the-shelf product already fits, we'll say so.

Who holds the contract with the client? +

We contract with the client directly for the build and any care plan, so data-protection roles and liability are clear and you aren't carrying risk for code you didn't write. Your managed-services contract carries on as it is, and you bill your own setup work on top.

What does it cost the client? +

Our fixed-price builds start at £3,000, and the price is agreed before any work starts. Care plans start at £250 a month and are optional. Prices exclude VAT. Your fee comes out of our price, so the client pays the same either way.

Who supports it after go-live? +

You keep first line, as now: sign-in, licences, the tenant. If the fault is in what we built, you raise it with us and we fix it, in business hours, Monday to Friday. We don't offer 24/7.

What access do you need to the client's systems? +

Only what the piece of work needs, and never admin rights to the tenant. Where it touches Microsoft 365, you create the Entra ID app registration from the permissions we give you and the client grants consent. We start read-only wherever we touch a live system, access is logged, and revoking it switches it off straight away.

Can we white-label it? +

Possibly, after 2 joint projects. Until then we contract directly for the build, so you're not carrying liability for code you didn't write, while you still front the relationship. After that, we can talk about you reselling it at your own price.

You're a small firm. What if you disappear? +

The client owns the code and the data, and the source sits in their own repository with handover notes. It's built on open standards (Python, Postgres, MCP), so another developer can pick it up.

We only do Microsoft. Why mention ChatGPT and Claude? +

For your Microsoft 365 clients we build for Copilot first. The same connector also works with ChatGPT or Claude, so if a director insists on one of those, nothing is wasted and you don't have to say no.

Will it count towards our Microsoft partner designation? +

We can't promise it will. Microsoft's Modern Work partner scoring looks at usage growth on eligible workloads, and Microsoft 365 Copilot is one of them. Staff who use Copilot because it can see their data may help those numbers, but treat that as a possible side effect, not a reason to sign up.
