Their month-end takes days, and they're asking you to fix it: work outside your scope, and an awkward conversation. Introduce them to us. We fix it at the source, and your clients stay yours.
No cost to your practice. No exclusivity.
You spot the signs
A client mentions a spreadsheet only one person understands, or a month-end that takes days.
They get a free admin health check
30 minutes on how they quote, invoice and report today, and a short written summary.
If it's a fit, we build it
At a fixed price. You get cleaner data and, once the client has paid, a disclosed reward for your practice, or a donation to a charity of your choice, or to our recommended charity, the Village Projects Foundation.
For a UK specialist supplier, a quote went from about 1–2 hours to about 5 minutes, and the whole team can now quote.
Most owner-managed businesses run their quoting, jobs and invoicing on spreadsheets and email. The same figures get typed in two or three times, and the slips surface later: invoices that don't match the job, costs coded to the wrong place, margins nobody can explain until year-end.
That's the part we fix. Not the books, but the admin that feeds them. When quotes, jobs and invoices come from the same data, what reaches you is more complete and more consistent, and there's less to chase.
1–2 hours → 5 minutes
This is a summary, not the agreement. Check your own professional body's guidance on referral fees.
Owner-managed businesses, typically 10 to 200 staff, where you hear one of these.
"It's all in a spreadsheet"
And only one person really understands it.
The same figures typed in twice
From quotes into job sheets, and from job sheets into invoices or Xero.
Month-end takes days
Because someone pulls it together by hand.
Margins need a manual export
Nobody can say how a job or a month went until the figures are rebuilt.
Many of the businesses we build for are contractors, subcontractors and installers who price every job differently, often from an estimator's own workbook. A quoting tool built on their rates, materials and labour makes the price consistent, and the job and invoice follow from it.
Yes. Every reward is disclosed to the client, and we confirm the amount to them in writing too. Under the ICAEW, ACCA and AAT codes your practice needs your client's written consent to keep a referral fee, whatever the amount. Most practices cover this with a line in their engagement letter. The reward is 15% of the build price (£450 on a £3,000 build), so you can give a fair indication of the amount up front. If you'd rather not keep it, it comes off your client's build or goes to a charity of your choice. The charity we support is the Village Projects Foundation, a UK registered charity (no. 1202332) supporting education in Ghana and Kenya, which we work closely with and have donated to before.
Nothing. There's no fee to join, no target to hit and nothing to buy. We pay only when an introduction turns into a project and the client has paid for the build.
No. Work with any other software providers you like, and introduce us as often or as rarely as suits your clients.
We contact your client within one working day and book a free 30-minute admin health check. They get a short written summary of what could change, whether or not they go further. If a build makes sense, we agree the scope and a fixed price with them before anything starts. With your client's agreement, we keep you informed at each step.
Owner-managed businesses, typically 10 to 200 staff, whose quoting, jobs or invoicing run on spreadsheets and re-keying. Contractors, subcontractors and installers who price every job differently are a particularly good fit. Very small businesses with little repeat admin usually aren't, and if an off-the-shelf app already suits a client, we'll say so.
We don't do accountancy, bookkeeping, tax or payroll work, and we don't give financial advice or arrange finance. We build software that the client owns. The numbers, and the advice on them, stay with you.
Builds start from £3,000, at a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. The client owns what we build, with no per-user licence fees.

Tell us a little about your practice. Ben will email you within one working day with the partner pack: how introductions work, the introducer agreement and example disclosure wording for your clients.
