1. The promise
If the software we build doesn't cut the time your team spends on the scoped tasks by at least
50%, we refund the build fee in full.
2. What "scoped tasks" means
These are the admin tasks written into your project scope (the statement of work or proposal you sign) as the ones
the software will automate or speed up, for example building quotes or raising invoices. The guarantee covers those
tasks only, not admin in general.
3. How we measure it
- Before the build, we agree how each scoped task is timed and record a baseline on your own recent jobs, timed together or taken from your records.
- After you've used the software for 30 days, we time the same tasks the same way.
- The saving is the reduction in average time per task across the scoped tasks.
- We share both sets of figures with you.
4. Conditions
- The software is used for the scoped tasks, as agreed, during the 30-day period.
- You give us the examples, data and access we ask for to build and measure it.
- The scope wasn't changed after the baseline, unless we agreed in writing to re-baseline.
- Ongoing hosting, support and change requests aren't part of the build fee and aren't refunded.
5. How to claim
- Email us at ben@streamlinedanalytics.co.uk within 6 weeks of go-live. Go-live is the date we hand the working software over for your team to use.
- If the measured saving is below 50%, we refund the build fee within 14 days of confirming the figures.
- If we disagree about the measurement, we re-time the tasks together.
6. The free prototype
The prototype is free, so there is nothing to refund on it. The guarantee applies to the paid build that follows it.
7. Your other rights
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and doesn't affect them.
