Our fixed-price builds start at £3,000, a quoting build typically runs £3,000–£6,000 (ex VAT), and care plans start at £250 a month. The five biggest drivers are the ones above: how many separate workflows you automate, how many of your existing systems it connects to, how many people and roles it has to serve, whether historic data needs migrating, and how settled the process already is. A single well-understood workflow with no integrations sits at the bottom of that range.
Is there an upper price? +

Do I own the software? +
Yes. You own what we build for you. There are no per-user licence fees and no lock-in — if you ever want to take it elsewhere, the code is yours.
What are the ongoing costs? +
Every build includes 30 days of support after go-live. After that, a care plan covers hosting, updates, backups, fixes and new development each month, from £250 a month. Care plans are optional.
What happens if the scope changes? +
We quote in stages rather than one big number, so a change is a conversation about the next stage instead of a renegotiation. Nothing gets built, and nothing gets billed, that you have not agreed to first.
Do you charge for the call or the prototype? +
No. The call and the prototype are free, and there is no obligation. We build 4 prototypes a month, for UK businesses, and only where we think we can genuinely help. If custom software is not the right answer for you, we will say so — it is a small industry and a bad fit helps neither of us. What the prototype covers is agreed on the call.
