What this construction quoting tool does
This is a working sample of the quoting software we build for UK contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. It prices a flooring job the way an estimator would: you pick the floor finishes and areas, and the tool takes the materials, labour and plant from one rate library, adds the markups, and builds the quote.
It also adds the lines people forget, like laying labour, subfloor prep, trims and the skip, checks the quote against a minimum margin before it can go out, and produces a branded PDF with the scope, the priced lines and the terms. The AI assistant can fill in the job from a plain description, but the prices always come from the rate library, not from the AI.
